What happens at Carlow LTC?
Tennis at Carlow LTC is open to everyone, regardless of age or experience. With a Tennis membership, you can enjoy full access to our eight floodlit courts, club nights, social nights and more. Tennis members can also avail of our Badminton and Squash facilities. ​

Beginner Tennis
​Start your tennis journey with a fun, social activity that gets you outdoors and moving. Give tennis a try and see if it’s the sport for you. Beginner lessons are available at different times of the year through brianfarrelltennis.com. Please note lessons are not part of membership and subject to availability.
Social Tennis
If you’ve completed beginner lessons or are returning to the game, Social Tennis is the perfect next step. Come along, enjoy relaxed match play, and meet other tennis enthusiasts. Just email your phone number to tennis@carlowltc.com and join the social tennis group.
Social Nights
Once a month (weather permitting), the committee hosts a fun Social Night. Enjoy friendly doubles competitions followed by pizza and a drink in the Gallery Bar. Suitable for all levels and a great way to meet fellow members.
Round Robin
Ready to challenge yourself a little more? Join our Round Robin to play competitive matches and work your way up the rankings. Just email cltcroundrobin@gmail.com to be added to the next competition.
Internal Competitions
Open to all levels, our internal competitions are a fantastic way to develop your game while enjoying the excitement of match play. They also bring members together for great social occasions.
Coaching
Coaching in Carlow LTC is run by Brian Farrell Tennis. This is seperate to membership. If you’re loving your tennis and want to sharpen specific skills, coaching sessions can help you improve technique and confidence on court. Go to brianfarrelltennis.com for options and availability.
